-Zmiana właściciela wymaga DOPŁATY różnicy między ceną obowiązującą w dniu zakupu biletu przez pierwotnego nabywcę, a ceną aktualną w dniu zgłoszenia zmiany nazwiska i dokonania zapłaty.

Do organizatora należy jedynie wpłacić różnice jaka może wynikać w cenie biletu.
W razie nieobecności na wydarzeniu można przepisać wydana kwotę na poczet Bachata Baltic Breeze 2027, ale informacje o tym fakcie należy przesłać do organizatora najpóźniej do 08.01.2026, w przeciwnym wypadku kwota przepada. Organizator nie dokonuje zwrotów. Jedynym przypadkiem jest konieczność odwołania eventu.

TICKET PURCHASE TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
The resale of tickets, including any type of pass for Bachata Baltic Breeze, and the change of the name associated with the ticket can be made only once. A resold ticket cannot be sold to another person again.
Changing the ticket owner requires a payment of the price difference between the ticket price at the time of the original purchase and the current ticket price on the date of the name change request and payment completion.
The original ticket owner must notify the organizer by sending an email to
Yml1cm8gfCBzb3NhbHNhICEgcGw= with the new owner’s name, surname, and email address.
Ticket resale and name change are possible until January 2nd, 2026. Changes requested after this date will not be accepted. The organizer does not assist in finding new buyers. Participants are responsible for settling transactions between themselves.
The organizer is only responsible for receiving the price difference, if applicable, based on the ticket price.
If you are unable to attend the event, the amount paid can be transferred to Bachata Baltic Breeze 2027, but the organizer must be informed by January 8th, 2026 at the latest. Otherwise, the amount will be forfeited.
The organizer does not offer refunds. The only exception is if the event is canceled.
