Join us at The Big Red Oak Plantation this Memorial Day for a meaningful morning of fitness, community, and remembrance. 🇺🇸

On Memorial Day 2026, we’re honoring the fallen by pushing ourselves physically and mentally through the Murph Challenge and a 5K run—two events designed to challenge all fitness levels while remembering the true purpose of the day.

The Murph Challenge is performed in honor of Lt. Michael P. Murphy and consists of:

• 1 mile run
• 100 pull-ups
• 200 push-ups
• 300 air squats
• 1 mile run
  
• The 5K is open to runners, joggers, walkers, families, and anyone who wants to participate without completing Murph.

This event is about more than competition — it’s about honoring sacrifice, building community, and showing up together. Whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started, you’re welcome here.
