This is open to all levels of meditators and is great for those wanting to learn or understand more about meditation.It will include a talk about meditation and what it is and isnt and how we can use it to transorm our mind and our life. It aims to bring a stillness and a sense of being more grounded and aligned in our mind, body and spirit and give us a deeper connection to all that is.The meditation practice will be followed by a delicious lunch of homemade soup, cake and tea or coffee offered by Liz from High Lane Farm, Gawsworth.
