Yoga for Life is a strength and mobility class to encourage healthy movement so you can keep doing the things you love in life! 

Held in the Barossa Village Clubroom, these classes are open to anyone, including members of the public. This is a predominantly chair-based yoga class (no getting up and down off of the floor) which will help you stretch, strengthen, reduce stress, sleep better, calm the mind, and enhance your sense of wellbeing. 

These classes are led in an atmosphere of fun, community, connection, and friendship with our lovely True North Yoga teacher, Jacqui.

If you have a Home Care Package or receive a Commonwealth Home Support Package and have social support approval, these classes may be partially or fully funded - please speak with your Package Coordinator to see what’s possible.

You do not need to bring anything, just wear comfortable clothing to move in, and you'll be ready for your yoga class!
