There’s a quiet kind of magic that happens when women gather.
It doesn’t need to be loud to be powerful.
Sometimes, it’s in the softness — the shared breath, the slowing down, the presence of being truly met.
In our last circle, I noticed the beauty in small moments:
a hand resting gently on a heart, the hush after a story lands, the ripple of calm that fills a room when we all remember we’re not alone.
It reminded me — this is what it means to be human together.
This Sacred Women’s Yoga Circle is a space to drop the doing, to move with kindness, and to rest where you don’t need to hold it all.
We’ll gather in the peaceful Sanctuary space at Riverdell — surrounded by nature, stillness, and birdsong — for an afternoon of movement, breath, connection, and restoration.
💫 What to expect:
+ Opening Welcome & Circle Sharing
+ Gentle Yoga Flow + Guided Relaxation (~1 hr 20 mins)
+ Afternoon Tea + Nourishing Conversation
+ Restorative Yoga + Closing Integration (~1 hr)
+ A rhythm that soothes your nervous system and welcomes you home.
