And each time, I watch something deeply human and sacred begin to unfold.
In our last gathering, there was laughter and tears, quiet pauses and knowing glances — a shared sense of, “Ah yes… this is what we’ve needed.”
Cacao warmed our hands, stories wove through the space, bodies softened and returned to breath — and the whole room gently exhaled.
This next Sacred Women’s Yoga Circle is another invitation to return.
To be in your body without needing to perform.
To be in community without needing to explain.
To move, rest, and reconnect — together, in the safety of stillness and sisterhood.
Held in the tranquil Sanctuary space at Riverdell, this 3-hour experience offers a gentle arc of presence, movement, soul-sharing and integration.
💫 What to expect:
Welcome & Circle Sharing
+ Gentle Yoga Flow + Guided Relaxation (~1 hr 20 mins)
+ Nourishing Afternoon Tea & Heartfelt Conversation
+ Restorative Yoga + Closing Integration (~1 hr)
