Women shared stories, sipped cacao, rested into themselves… and the common thread was clear:
“This is what we’ve been craving.”
This Sacred Women’s Yoga Circle is a gentle call inward.
To come home to your body. To be met in calm connection.
To move, rest, and return — alongside other women, held by nature and stillness.
Held in The Sanctuary at Riverdell, this 3-hour experience is an invitation to soften into presence — through movement, breath, conversation, and restoration.

+ Opening Welcome & Circle Sharing
+ Gentle Yoga Flow + Guided Relaxation (~1 hr 20 mins)
+ Afternoon Tea + Nourishing Conversation
+ Restorative Yoga + Closing Integration (~1 hr)
