NOURISH ME SUNDAYS: Summer Session
This is our last edition of Nourish Me Sundays with True North Yoga, Vedic Glow, and Hive Cafe for 2025!
A sublime afternoon begining with gentle movement and stretch (yin yoga) followed by a guided relaxation to sink deep into an immersive sound bath with Tanya from True North Yoga.
Then be inspired by Jo with Ayurvedic spring refresh tips, and to finish enjoy soul nourishing food from the heart of the Hive Café kitchen created with love and care by Allisha.
This special afternoon is inspired by the world of Ayurveda and will empower you with spring inspiration through movement, mindfulness, intention, and soul nourishing food.
