✨ Root-to-Crown chakra chants, warming each energy centre with mantras.
✨ Inner-Child Guided Meditation. A visualisation journey to meet, listen to, and nurture little you.
✨ A live, unique sound bath layered with vocal healing - offered intuitively by Ella, from the heart.
