Pick up and drop off from Guwahati
Day 1: April 04
Upon arrival at Guwahati’s Airport, you will be picked up at 4:00 PM and transferred to your hotel to freshen up. The remainder of the day is free for you to explore the city at your own pace. If time allows, you can visit the Kamakhya Temple, Umananda Temple, and enjoy an evening cruise on the Brahmaputra River.

Day 2: April 05
Early in the morning, check out from the hotel and begin your journey to Dirang. Breakfast and lunch will have en route. You will cross the Bhalukpong check post for ILP formalities before continuing onward. Arrive at your Dirang homestay in the evening and stay overnight.
Day 3: April 06
We will check out from home stay after the breakfast to Tawang, stopping en route to visit Sela Pass, Sela Lake, and the Jaswant Singh Memorial. Lunch we will have en route. By evening, you will visit the War Memorial and enjoy the light and sound show. Afterward, proceed to check in at your Tawang hotel at 8:00 PM, followed by dinner.
Day 4: April 07
After breakfast, we will start from the stay at 7:30 AM and head toward Bum La. You will reach Bum La around 9:00 AM and begin the return journey by 9:30 AM, stopping to visit PT Tso Lake and Shungster Lake (Madhuri Lake) on the way back. By evening, you will arrive in Tawang to visit the monastery and explore the local market for shopping. You will return to the hotel by 7:00 PM.
Day 5: April 08
After breakfast, check out and begin the journey from Tawang to Dirang. Along the way, visit the birthplace of the 6th Dalai Lama and the beautiful Nuranang Waterfalls in Jang. Continue through the scenic mountain route and arrive in Dirang for an overnight stay.
Day 6: April 09
After breakfast, check out from the Dirang homestay and begin your journey to Guwahati. En route, visit the Dirang hot water springs and the Bomdila Monastery. You will reach Guwahati later in the evening.
Day 7: April 10
After breakfast, check out from the hotel by 9:00 AM and proceed for your airport drop-off.

1. Why the joining point is Guwahati, why not anywhere in Kerala?
A. As people are joining from different parts of India its difficult to manage them. So picking up from everywhere is not possible.
2. Will I get any companions to travel from my city?
Of course, once you register and pay, you will get added to the group of travellers who are in for this trip. There you can see other people travelling from your city
3. Do we need to carry our bags everywhere?
A. No. During the stay at each place, you can keep the bag in your room.
4. Do I need to carry any blankets?
A. No. Hotels will provide pillows, blankets and other necessities for the stay
5. Can I take my kid along with me on this trip?
A. Yes, you can.
We dont recommend Kids below 5yrs due to the terrain we are travelling and the difficulties you may face with altitude and climate changes

A. No
7. As food is not included in the itinerary, will you stop at restaurants for the same?
A. Of course!
8. What about the climate?
A. It will be cold and you need all winter gears
9.I am 50+yr old, I too can join this trip?
A. Yes. Age and mindset will be different from people to people. Some people trek at the age of 60+ too. So after reading the itinerary and you have to walk around and if you think you can do it, it is a pleasure to welcome you to the team.
10. After payment, if I cancel the trip, will I get a refund?
A. It's strictly as per cancellation policy which is written below. So please read it before making any payment after registration
11. When should I book my return tickets?
A. As trip ends on Day 6, preferably you book your tickets next day. Check out time is 9.00AM.
12. When should I reach Guwahati
A. Please reach by 4PM for the pick up included in the package. Those who reach early and later, can arrange their own pick up or we can assist them for the same

Know before you go!
1. Transportation mode is Tempo Traveller and we will have on pick up from Guwahati Airport at 4PM and drop off on Day 7 by 9AM. You can plan your travel according to this to avail pick up and drop off
2. We have 7-8 hours journey everyday with high altitudes
3. All the roads have hairpin curves and those who have motion sickness please consider this
4. Personal identification is mandatory to carry on tour for Air Travel, Hotels for security reason like: election card, Driving License, Passport
5. In the region, scarcity of water & electricity is a natural phenomenon. Guests are requested to bear with such problems as may arise during the tour
6. This trip is to experience snow and winter and if any unfavourable situation comes as rain or heavy snowfall, the promised view may not be possible.
7. Places/Passes/Temples or anything mentioned in itinerary may close without prior notice, in that case we may try to find another option or we may left with no option
8. No reimbursement will be provided for any services of the trip that remain unused.
9. It is recommended to carry enough warm clothes and the right kind of shoes for the tour. The advisable baggage weight is 60 litres as you might have to carry the luggage to the backup vehicle, the accommodation, etc.
10. Carry enough cash as the number of ATMs in high-altitude regions are comparatively less and there are long queues at times.
11. The advisable baggage limit is 1 rucksack per member.
Cancellation Policy

1. For cancellations done prior to the 30 days or more of the date of departure, the initial deposit amount or 25% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
2. For cancellations done between 29 days to 15 days prior to the date of departure, 50% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
3. For cancellations done between 14 days to 8 days of the tour, 75% of the tour cost will be charged as cancellation charges.
4. For cancellations done within 8 days of the tour, 100% cancellation charges will apply and you will receive no refunds.
5. No refund of money is admissible on cancellations due to any type of contingencies or unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to natural calamities, lockdowns, any covid induced scenarios or otherwise
