This exhibition brings together a selection of works by Anishinaabe/French artist Caroline Monnet.

Kristine McCorkell, Curator of Indigenous Art, will moderate a conversation with Monnet and guest curator Mona Filip on traditional language preservation, land-based knowledge, and kinship featured in the exhibition.

Attendees will also have a first look at the new exhibition Pizandawatc / The One Who Listens, in the presence of the artist and the guest curator.

Admission is free, but registration is required. Please confirm your attendance and the number of guests by March 18, 2026, at 12 pm at rsvp@historymuseum.ca.
