- **Event Description**: Our Staiths Art Club is back for a special series of workshops.   
Join artist Jenny Mc Namara a Newcastle based Irish artist/designer for 5 weeks of exploring colour, shape and pattern to create a community artwork. 

Jenny is pattern and colour obsessed and works across a range of media including LED light and sculpture. 
Across the 5 relaxed workshops, we will explore colour, pattern, and texture through collage and painting. Each session will encourage playful experimentation and creative risk-taking in a welcoming and supportive environment. Together we’ll produce a collaborative artwork which will be displayed in the community.

No experience necessary. Adults only.

All workshops are free, but booking is essential.

We would like participants to be from the local area and be able to attend all 5 sessions. To request a place on the workshops, please email Jilly Hargreaves via JillHargreaves@Gateshead.Gov.UK with your postcode and availability across the sessions.
