Her book Yoga for Tired People is due to be published by Bloomsbury, Spring 2027.Jo speaks on two things she knows inside out: the art of rest and burnout recovery, and how she built a global personal brand from her spare room with only a MacBook and a dream. She is available for retreats, workshops and corporate wellbeing days.
