The practice will be enchaced with a diffused essential oil blend formulated to support wellbeing in the winter season. Oils will be on hand for people who want to learn more.

Then Rachel, of Rose Wellbeing Therapies in Dumfries, will lead us through a mindful journalling session to promote clarity, compassion and renewed commitment as we move into the new year. Participants are encouraged to bring a notebook and pen, but materials will be on hand. This session will be supported with crystals; Rachel will explain their properties and how they can support intention setting and taking actionable steps towards change.

To finish, Rachel will lead us through a deeply healing sound journey. A time to rest and enjoy the soothing vibrations from her crystal bowls and other instruments. Rachel has years of experience and a deeply calming presence that will leave you feeling supported and nurtured. A perfect way to finish the session.

There will also be time for hot drinks and snacks on the day and plenty of time to chat. We look forward to seeing you there!
