Hands-on: Make Your Own Medicinal Herbal Recipes from Foraged Plants

By popular demand, we will be having a second "hands-on" herbal recipes class.

We will be making a delicious cordial, calming bath soak, a glycerin tincture and more from the herbs ready to forage in SW Virginia/NE Tennessee now.

The ingredients to make the items sample size quantities will be provided.

Please bring the following containers:
Qty (3) - one pint size canning jar with lid and cap, or an equivalent empty food jar with lid.
