This 40-day challenge is to pray this prayer daily, not to get prayers resolved or questions answered, but to sit in the presence of God with intentional focus.

You can pray this prayer anytime of your day, but we recommend having a set time and place to be intentional with your time to meet with God. Perhaps you can experiment with different prayer locations during this time (your porch, car, park, church, hiking trail)
