This in-person event offers a powerful and symbolic way to leave behind old habits, regrets, and worries. We will focus on moving into the New Year actively envisioning and manifesting our desires. Leaving behind a stress state focused solely on immediate threats, triggers,or “Fight or Flight” responses. It's a cathartic experience that makes room for fresh intentions and positive energy.
