In The Know! Feet First: Foundation of Spinal Health with Proactive Spine & Joint

Step into better health with Dr. Matthew from Proactive Spine & Joint as we explore how your feet influence spinal alignment and overall movement. This engaging, educational session takes a closer look at the foot–spine connection through a chiropractic lens, helping you understand how everyday movement, footwear, and posture impact your body.

What to Expect: Participants will learn how flat feet, missteps, and arch support affect the spine and kinetic chain, along with simple foot care strategies that support long-term spinal health. The session includes a guided barefoot experience to build foot strength and practice structural stacking, followed by time for questions and practical take-home tips you can use right away.
