Set deep in the Liwa dunes of the Empty Quarter, this is not a standard overnight trip. We've combined the most powerful wellness practices — cold exposure, breathwork, and movement — and brought them into nature, where they work best.

Ice plunge cold water immersion at dawn — reset your nervous system and flood your body with natural energy

Guided Wim Hof-style breathwork session — reduce stress, improve focus, and experience a natural high

Sunrise yoga flow on the dunes — restore mobility, calm the mind, and move with intention in an unforgettable setting

Guided sunset dune walk — explore the towering sand mountains of the Rub' al Khali as the light turns gold

Desert overnight under the stars — sleep in the quiet of one of the world's most remote and beautiful places

Nourishing meals and hydration provided throughout

The Experience:

Arrive Friday afternoon as the desert heat softens. Your first session begins at golden hour — a breathwork practice in the open air as the dunes glow around you. Sleep deeply in the silence of the desert. Wake before sunrise for your ice plunge and yoga flow. Leave Sunday feeling lighter, clearer, and genuinely restored.
