First, Light!! Choosing Hope - guest storyteller, Andrea Kamens

Have you ever tried to create something in the dark? Even God needed to start with light, speaking it into being from a universe of "tohu, va'vohu" [ תֹ֙הוּ֙ וָבֹ֔הוּ ] confusion and void.

Storyteller and teacher Andrea Kamens will take us on a journey from her Jewish faith through traditional and original stories, poetry, and prayer to acknowledge the darkness, light candles, and choose hope.
