Solstice Lantern Parade & Celebration

Join us for a Solstice Lantern Parade and Celebration in Gardiner!

The parade will start at Johnson Hall Opera House at 4:00pm and wind it's way down to the waterfront to Dilly Dally Circle (the big sculpture at the end of the park) where we will celebrate the return of the light with our handmade lanterns.

There will be Solstice dancing with a tutorial from the Dancing Witches, fire pits with hot chocolate and smore's as well as the opportunity to throw your grievances and intentions into the solstice flames! Enjoy solstice storytelling about the threads that connect celebrations from around the world since the beginning of time!

We hope you will bring your friends and family and join in on this special celebration!
