Come spend an evening in the kitchen with Chef Melissa Walnock, a pastry chef with classical training from the Culinary Institute of America. You'll delve into the world of pie and tart making, mastering the creation of scrumptious crusts and fillings, as well as honing your skills in decorating and assembling your treats just like a pro pastry chef. You will take all your desserts home, and the best part is that you can save them for Thanksgiving!


Menu: To be determined- will include 2 pies and 1 tart


We’re offering two dates for this class- Wednesday, November 19th and Thursday, November 20th. Please be sure to select the correct event page when registering as your spot will only be valid for that specific date.


This event is BYOB, so feel free to bring your favorite beverage!


Melissa Walnock is A Certified Hospitality Educator of baking and pastry arts at The Culinary Institute of America (CIA). Chef Walnock serves as an Associate Dean at the CIA for the Baking and Pastry Arts Program. Before joining the CIA faculty, Chef Walnock worked at some of the finest restaurants in the United States including The French Laundry in Yountville, CA, Jean-Georges V Steakhouse, Union Square Café in New York City and The Breakers in Palm Beach, FL.
