Come join us for our signature Rest Sesh restorative hour of guided movement, breath and stillness.

Unwind and release stress as you are guided through:

• Gentle stretching sequence to awaken the body,
• Rejuvinating breathwork practices,
• Guided meditation.

Take this opportunity to slow down and restore yourself with some well-deserved nurturing rest.

For the most comfortable experience please bring along:

• a pillow, small blanket & yoga mat - for building your Rest Nest!
• a water bottle
• wear your comfiest clothes for freedom of movement
