ShamrockMMA in OC

The Nam Phan MMA Academy will hosting a seminar by the former UFC champion and former king of Pancrase MMA the legendary Frank Juarez Shamrock .

On April 11th at 12pm , it'll be a three hour seminar from 12pm-3pm , the seminar will consist of first half being striking and the second half being grappling .
