The pace will be slow to allow everyone to enjoy the birds and watch any interesting bird behavior. We'll be on the lookout for a variety of spring birds including wrens, sparrows, buntings, goldfinches, and more! Be prepared to walk about 2 miles on a single track trail loop with some deep sand and gravel. Binoculars will be available if needed.Age: Participants younger than 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian and participants younger than 18 must have a parent/guardian sign the liability release.Time: 8:00am - 10:30am. Check-in is at 7:50am. Please arrive at check-in so we can start on time. The parking lot at Foothills Heritage Park. A scope will be available for the group to share. No dogs please.Restroom Availability: There is a restroom at the Exxon gas station at the Avimor entrance.
