- **Event Description**: Join us for this beautiful "Sweet Violets" workshop in Garden City!About this EventPlease join us for this "Sweet Violets" workshop where we will create a beautiful violet design from glass. Choose from making a nightlight, suncatcher or tealight candle holder $43This is a beginner friendly class, all materials will be provided and no experience needed; just the eagerness to learn. The instructor will show you how to cut and assemble. This class is appropriate for adults of all ages.You will create your design by cutting and glueing in class. All projects will be kiln fired by Laurie with Kiss My Glass, prepped and assembled (where required) and carefully packaged for delivery to the class location in about 10-12 days. An email will be sent out with pickup instructions.These BEAUTIFUL violets were created and designed by Elizabeth Rhodes studio and I was given permission to use her photo.  We don't get to use purple glass often because of the expense (Pink and purple glass is almost trice the cost and sometimes more)Drinks that are covered are ok in the venue but food and glass do not mix. Wine is ok too. Please wear closed toed shoes.If you would like to pay by mail, please chose the "Comp Ticket" option.
