Stone Points and Arrowheads

Back by popular demand avocational Archeologist Chad Myers, Kalvesta, will present "Our Archeological Past" identifying arrowheads and stone points brought by the audience and from his private collection. Myers, who farms in Finney Count. is a recognized authority on Native American and prehistoric stone artifacts. He has studied at Garden City Community College, Wichita State University and at the University of Wyoming and Texas Tech field schools., He has helped document and preserve carious dig sites and is an authenticator of high plains stone artifacts. Myers encourages audience members to bring stone artifacts they've found so he can date and explain them for the audience.
