- **Event Description**: In this 1 hour class we will be practicing a variety of self- care practices to bring our bodies and minds into alignment.   Yoga will be in every class and is for all levels.  I will offer modifications for beginners and advanced students.  
Somatic practices may include but are not limited to yoga, meditation,  breathwork,  reiki, drumming, sound bowls, dance, self-massage, grounding or chakra work.  

This is a FREE class.

This class runs weekly  on Wednesdays from June 3rd-June 24th. Class will be different every week.  

Please bring a yoga mat, 2 blankets, a journal and pen, and a water bottle.  If you need props such as, yoga blocks, straps or a bolster, please bring those as well.  There will be limited materials available for borrow.

to fill out the liability waiver so you wont have to do it in classes.  Come about 10 minutes early to fill out waiver (if you didn't register) and to settle in.
