Chef Series: Oyster Shucking Class

Have family and friends still in town for the Holidays? Come drink some wine and learn how to shuck oysters with Telaya Wine Co.!

Welcome to the Telaya Chef Series where we team up with a local vendor for an exclusive night of food and wine education. Spend an evening at the winery improving your oyster shucking skills with the owners of White Rabbit/two 4 the show, Sarah and DK, and their oyster cart!

Each ticket includes...

• Instruction on how to shuck oysters, shucking knife and glove to take home
• Three 3-oz pours of Telaya wine
• 9 oysters per person
• Access to a special wine sale: stock up on sparkling wine for your New Year's Eve Party!
• There is an option to add a dozen oysters to take home when purchasing your ticket(s). Stock up on oysters for your New Year's Eve Party! (Oysters will be good 5 days beyond December 29th).
