- **Event Description**: Ever wanted to get your hands properly muddy? 🏺

This is your sign. Our Beginners Clay Course is 6 weeks of clay, caffeine and good company — made for total beginners and anyone who hasn't touched clay since high school.

No experience needed. No "but I'm not artistic" allowed. Just you, a lump of clay and a relaxed, chatty Thursday morning that's honestly one of the best ways to switch your brain off for a couple of hours.

You'll learn pinch pots, coil building and slab work, then finish your pieces with underglaze and glaze. We fire everything for you, so you'll walk away with a whole little collection that's actually yours — wonky bits, happy accidents and all. (The wonky bits are the best bits, trust me.)

🗓️ 6 Thursdays, 8 Oct – 12 Nov, 9–11am
🎨 Ages 16+, total beginners welcome
💰 $360 — includes all clay, firing & studio time
📍 Garbutt, Townsville

Come make some mess with us. Teddy and Smockles (studio cats) will supervise 🐱
