Your pass is not limited to a single family or shoot.The field is not exclusive to one photographer, and other photographers and their clients may be present during the same photography window. Selected photographers may be included in Sunflower Fest recommendations, social media, our website, and guest inquiries from people looking to book professional sessions in the sunflower field.If you’d like to participate, simply let us know when booking and provide your business name, website or social media page, preferred contact information, and a few examples of your work.BEFORE YOU ARRIVEPhotographers are responsible for coordinating directly with their own clients and managing their schedule within the reserved three-hour photography window.Please make sure your clients understand that Dancing Grain is a working farm and that the sunflower field is an active agricultural crop.Stay within designated paths and photography areas whenever possible, and please do not break, bend, remove, or damage sunflower plants for a photograph.Children must remain supervised at all times.Friendly, leashed dogs may be permitted for photography sessions. Owners are responsible for their animals at all times and must clean up after them.Photography equipment, portable lighting, small props, blankets, stools, baskets, and portable seating are welcome. Large installations or anything requiring stakes, generators, structures, or extensive setup require advance approval.Please leave enough time within your three-hour reservation to pack up and exit the field before the end of your scheduled window.PHOTOGRAPHY POLICIESEach Photography Pass covers one professional photographer for one three-hour photography window.If you are bringing a second photographer who will also be actively photographing clients, an additional Photography Pass is required. Assistants who are helping with lighting, props, wardrobe, equipment, or client coordination do not need a separate pass as long as they are not independently photographing sessions.Photographers may schedule as many client sessions as they can reasonably accommodate during their three-hour window.The sunflower field is not reserved exclusively for one photographer. Other photographers and clients may be working in the field at the same time. Please be respectful of other photographers’ setups, sightlines, clients, and working space.Photographers are responsible for the conduct of their clients and guests while on the property.Dancing Grain Farm Brewery reserves the right to ask any photographer, client, or guest to leave if they damage crops, enter restricted areas, create an unsafe situation, interfere with other guests or photographers, or fail to follow farm policies.Professional or paid photography sessions may only take place with a valid Photography Pass during the photographer’s reserved date and three-hour time slot.WEATHER + RESCHEDULINGPhotography Passes are non-refundable.If inclement weather makes your scheduled photography session impractical or unsafe, you may reschedule your three-hour pass to another available photography date.We strongly recommend discussing a rain-date plan with your clients in advance so everyone knows what to expect if weather affects your session.Because Photography Passes are limited and tied to the sunflower bloom season, all rescheduling is subject to availability.A NOTE ABOUT THE SUNFLOWERS 🌻Sunflowers are a living crop, and bloom timing is ultimately determined by Mother Nature.We currently hope to see our first blooms beginning around September 9.
