Welcome to Surrender To The Flow Yoga @ Pherm Brewing Company ! Join us for a rejuvenating yoga session at Pherm Brewing Company instructed by Adelyn Navarro @ Adelyn Be Well. Adelyn has her 500 RYT and teaches yoga several days a week at Yoga Barn in Severna Park.

This is a donation based class with a suggested donation of $10.
Let's flow through poses, relax, and unwind together. This in-person event is perfect for all levels, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned yogi.
