Welcome to the Understanding Personalities: A Masterclass in Coaching & Leadership!

Kingstown College invites you to a highly practical CPD masterclass on personality and individual differences in coaching and leadership. Across one day you’ll explore some of the most widely used profiling and psychometric tools – DISC, MBTI, Enneagram, Harrison Assessments and EQ-i – and see how they can deepen self-awareness, improve conversations and strengthen leadership impact. Ideal for professional coaches, mentors and leaders, this event focuses on ethical, evidence-informed use of personality tools aligned with ICF and EMCC competencies, with plenty of opportunity for discussion and reflection.
