 We hope you all have a peaceful Christmas and new year, and that your new years resolution will be to make your bone health a priority.  

Make sure to save Tuesday 6th January 2026 on your calender for visiting the Galway Bay Hotel for our Bone healrh and mens and womens health awareness event.  

For more information on this event, as registration is highly recommended to ensure you have a place, make sure to donate your €25 admission fee on our website and put "event in galway bay" in the message box. All funds raised at this event will be used to civer yhe cost of running the event and towards the Charity’s services.  There will be a raffle with wonderful prizes, so make sure not to miss the opportunity to ask questions from leadings experts in the area. Michele O’Brien the CEO  of the Irish Osteoporosis Society will be giving the presentation on Osteoporosis,  followed by Ms aoife Ni Eochaigh on mens and womens health. Professor Moira O’Brien, currently the only Osteoporosis consultant in ireland will be involved in the question and answer session.
