✨  Mantra Meditation

Experience the uplifting power of mantra meditation through the sacred sounds of Sanskrit, accompanied by the soothing tones of the harmonium. This session will include simple singing and chanting of ancient mantras known for their healing and energising effects. Whether you chant along or simply listen, the vibrations will help calm the mind, awaken the heart, and uplift the spirit—no experience needed, just an open heart.

No experience is needed, just an open heart and willingness to chant together.
