An award winning service designer, Sarah is an empathetic and curious person with a keen eye for both the bigger picture and the finer detail throughout the life cycle of a service. With extensive experience across a variety of industries, Sarah maintains an active research-based and process-driven practice to deliver value and improve human experience. Sarah’s work has most recently been focused on complex public sector environments where she collaborates with diverse stakeholders to foster innovation and embed inclusive design practices. Ongoing engagement with service users and people with lived experience is at the heart of this work.
