We invite you to a 90-min Aerial Yoga workshop in Galway.

All levels welcome. If you have already tried aerial yoga you will have a chance to explore a few new poses. If you are a complete beginner - you will have take the class at your own pace and slowly try inversions and other aerial yoga asanas.
Throughout the class you will float, play, swing and discover unlimited possibilities of aerial yoga.
Aerial yoga has lots of benefits and allows to:
-perform deeper and safer stretches
-therapeutically traction the spine, which helps to alleviate back pain
-strengthen all main muscle groups, especially the core and the upper body
-build new neural pathways by challenging the body to learn complex movements
-increase self-confidence and self-trust by stepping out of your comfort zone
-tone the whole body
-relax and unwind

HOW TO PREPARE FOR A CLASS:
- try not to eat for at least 1 hour before the class
- wear fitting clothes and a T-shirt (sleeveless tops are not recommended as you will feel the fabric on your skin to harshly)
- no jewellery, dangling ear-rings or rings as those items may damage hammocks
- if you have a yoga mat it's best to bring your own, but we will have mats provided also
You need to be over 18 to be able to attend our workshop.
Aerial yoga is not advised if you have any of the listed conditions:
-Inner Ear Conditions
-Recent Concussion or Head Injury
-Propensity for Fainting
-Sutures in any part of the body
-Recent gashes, lacerations, or wounds
-If you are taking any medications that can cause dizziness, light headedness, propensity for fainting, or extreme fatigue

(tickets can be refunded up to 30 days before the event, after that refunds won't be accepted but tickets can be transferred to another person)
