5 Week Art Therapy and EFT Workshop

If you are seeking personal growth and accessing your creativity, taking time to be, reflect and process your emotions, this 5 week workshop is for you.
We will meet for 5 consecutive Saturdays on the tranquil setting close to Oughterard. Each session is 2 hours long. You don’t have to be good at art or have any experience with it.
