Policies
- If travel insurance is not purchased, all payments are NON-REFUNDABLE & NON-TRANSFERABLE.
- Passports are not required, but are suggested.
- It is best to pay your initial deposit as soon as possible to guarantee you are locked in at the above rates. Rates are subject to increase at any time
-If you fail to make payments, your reservations are subject to cancellation and all monies paid will be forfeited.
- If name changes are made, they are subject to a $50 fee but not guaranteed to be allowed by Carnival
-Any changes after final payment are subject to a $25 fee & last minute changes can change your dining arrangements & room location
- If you are not traveling with a passport, you will need a certified copy of your birth certificate from your local vital statistics office AND government issued picture identification, marriage certificate & divorce decree.
-It is imperative to make sure your roommate’s payments are made in a timely manner. If your roommate does not make timely payments or decides not to attend, you will be required to pay the Single Occupancy Rate which is substantially higher.
-Please register with an email address that is checked frequently.
If your are booking with a specific group, please designate a group name that EVERYONE in your party gives me to keep the group as close as POSSIBLE for dining & room!
