The 11th Annual Casino for a Cause, supporting the Resource & Crisis Center of Galveston County (RCC), will be held, Saturday, March 25th, 2023 at Roof Garden (2214 Strand, Galveston), honoring Constable Jimmy Fullen plus The Bouvier Family Foundation. This gala boasts an evening of gaming, a silent and live auction, cocktails & crafted bites, along with music for Vegas-style fun!

The Resource & Crisis Center of Galveston County, Inc. (RCC),is the sole dual agency in Galveston County, providing lifesaving services to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, child abuse & human trafficking by providing shelter, therapy, workforce & educational assistance, crisis intervention, case management, medical and legal accompaniment. RCC hosts a shelter that houses up to 55 victims. In fiscal year 2022, the agency provided services to 1,139 survivors of domestic and/or sexual violence. Of those, almost a third were children.
