NMRA provides in-person instruction utilizing curriculum from NRA Solutions and ServSafe.
The 8-hour class will include the course materials, personalized instruction, a lunch break, and the exam itself.
We will mail you your book, (ServSafe Manager Book, 7th Edition Revised) so you can study beforehand. We want you to succeed! To do well on the test, you’ll need to study beforehand. This means reviewing all 10 chapters thoroughly prior to the class date.
Some of the contents and concepts may be new to you, so we encourage you to arrive prepared and ready to interact with the instructor and your fellow industry professionals. After all, that’s the best part of an in-person class!
After registration and payment, you will receive a confirmation email that includes study tips, a practice test, class details, and further instructions.

Cancellations occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are NOT eligible for a refund.
Reschedules occurring within less than 7 business days of a scheduled class are subject to a rescheduling fee.
NMRA reserves the right to cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment requirements. You will be notified if this occurs, and placed in another class.
