In this creative mindfulness workshop, you’ll design a mini Zen garden you can keep close—tucked into a purse, placed on a desk, set in your car, or resting by your bedside—so moments of grounding stay within reach throughout your day.

We’ll begin with a gentle intention-setting meditation, paired with a warm offering of hibiscus lavender tea to help settle the body and mind. From there, you’ll create your own portable Zen garden using thoughtfully selected materials. You’ll also have the opportunity to explore a variety of small tools, each creating different lines and textures, allowing your hands to discover what feels most calming and supportive.

Once your garden feels complete, you’ll be guided through a Zen garden meditation, learning how to return to this small retreat whenever stress rises or focus drifts.
