Four days of learning, practising and experiencing Craniosacral Therapy together, surrounded by the forests, beaches and slower pace of Galiano Island, BC.

Our Level 1 training offers a grounded introduction to Craniosacral Therapy, blending biomechanical and biodynamic approaches to give you both a strong anatomical foundation and an understanding of the quieter, perceptual aspects of the work.

Throughout our four days together, you'll learn the foundations of craniosacral anatomy and physiology, develop your palpation and listening skills, practise hands-on techniques with other students, and begin building the confidence to work with what you feel beneath your hands.

The experience includes:

• Craniosacral Therapy Level 1 with Kari Toft, combining biomechanical and biodynamic principles
• Guided somatic practices with Jamie Lee Mock to support embodiment, perception and practitioner presence
• Plenty of hands-on practice, demonstrations and time for questions
• Group learning and connection with other practitioners
• Nourishing snacks, tea and coffee throughout the training
• Time between classes to rest, explore and enjoy Galiano Island
• An optional closing cacao gathering to mark the end of our four days together

Our mornings begin with a short embodied practice before moving into the day's craniosacral coursework. We intentionally build spacious breaks into the schedule, giving you time to integrate, eat, rest or step outside before returning to the table.

And while the training is immersive, it isn't all coursework. Some of our favourite moments over the years have happened outside the classroom—sharing meals, walking to the beach, sitting around a fire and getting to know the people we're learning alongside.

Whether Craniosacral Therapy is a new direction for you or something you'd like to integrate into an existing practice, Level 1 is where we begin.
