This vocal workshop explores the deep connection between voice, music, nervous system regulation and self-expression.
Through guided breathwork, vocal resonance exercises and grounding techniques, this workshop offers practical tools to support vagal pathways and overall nervous system balance.
With somatic awareness, we will create a gentle and supportive environment where participants can reconnect with their voices and unlock authentic expression.

This class is for everyone but is particularly helpful for those who use their voice in expression of music, theatrical performance and public speaking.

This workshop is being hosted on the unceded, asserted & shared traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwlitsum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, Coast Salish Peoples of Galiano, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island.
