?️Exhibition | June 25 - 28 | Open Daily 11am - 5pm 
-  Invitation for artwork submissions for the pop-up exhibition! Theme: Blossoms
- All types of media from all ages are welcome, including paintings, videos, photos, glass, ceramics, and more.
- Drop off works on Tuesday, June 23, from 12 PM to 4 PM, with tags including the artist's name, title, and price, or marked as NFS. (YH takes a 30% commission on sold artworks but also accepts NFS pieces.)

 ?Night Market | Friday June 26 | 6pm - 9pm

?? Two Workshops - Saturday June 27 | 11am – 2pm 
- All ages welcome *Under 10 with a caregiver
- A Phytogram Workshop will be offered by the YH artists in residence, Cassandra Strain and Isaac Forsland.
"Join us for an introduction into cameraless filmmaking using foraged plant material. Phytograms create an image by placing plants on photosensitive film or paper and exposing them to light. The workshop will use natural ingredients for the film developer, making the process safe for ages 8 and up to participate. Bring a leaf, flower, or blade of grass! Workshop footage will be presented on Sunday June 28th from 11-12 at the Yellowhouse. "

- Drop in and paint a flower station


*This event and its components are free / by donation. There will be a couple of donation jars around for folks who would like to support the Yellowhouse.
*Florists! Please let us know if you can donate some flowers for the decoration and workshop 
*The Blossom Festival idea came from flower lover and artist Irina Kruglyakova.

This festival is being hosted on the unceded, asserted & shared traditional territories of Penelakut, Lamalcha, Hwlitsum and other Hul’qumi’num and SENĆOŦEN speaking peoples, Coast Salish Peoples of Galiano, as well as the ceded territories of Tsawwassen First Nation, on what is now known as Galiano Island.
