We will meet at Barbells & Birdies, do a short warm-up, and get to stepping! The route will be sidewalks and quiet neighborhoods for week 1. We'll determine distance based on the group's fitness level and goals. Coach Jenna will make sure no one gets left behind. 

Run/Walk Club is free and open to the public! Let's get moving together!
