Walk with a Doc is a free, community-focused walking program where you can learn simple, practical ways to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Each walk begins with a brief talk from a physician, who will share insights from their specialty and discuss the many health benefits of walking. Afterward, we’ll take a relaxed stroll together, giving participants the chance to walk side-by-side with the doctor and ask questions along the way. 

This monthly series, offers a safe, welcoming space to get moving, learn about current health topics, and connect with others in your community. 

At AARP, we believe that programs like this promote social connections, build stronger relationships, increase a sense of belonging, and support both brain and physical health. 

Join us each month on the Second Saturday at 10 a.m. and take a step towards better health, together – rain or shine!
