- **Event Description**: Come and enjoy a full sensory honey tasting experience, as you taste light, medium, and dark colored honeys as well as creamed, crystallized, and direct from the comb honey. Engage all of your senses as you use a flavor wheel to identify the aromas and flavors you experience as you taste each honey. Each attendee will make honey tasting notes and we will compare as we go along. 
At the end of the tasting, each attendee will receive a glass of honey mead wine to further enjoy honey in another delightful way. 
Register via the event link in advance. $35 per person. Open to the public. 
Tasting led by local apiary Dry Creek Beekeeping and Bee-rista, B’Ann Dittmar. 
Hosted by Eagle Ridge Resort & Spa, 444 Eagle Ridge Dr. Galena, IL in the Galena Room.
