Every person who comes to Lafayette House carries a story. For some, the chapters before they arrive are filled with heartache, danger, or struggle. But their story does not end there. At Lafayette House, a new chapter begins, one filled with safety, healing, and hope.
That’s what Ooh-La Lafayette is all about. Each year, this cherished community event brings together hundreds of supporters to ensure survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault, and substance use disorder can continue writing their next chapters. Since its beginning in 2010, Ooh-La Lafayette has raised more than $1 million to directly support these life-changing services, all provided at no cost to clients or their families.
