Forever Plaid Auditions

Curtain Players conducts open auditions for its productions. Roles are not cast in advance, and, unless specified otherwise in the role's description, are open to all without regard to race or ethnicity. Casting decisions are made by the director and a casting committee comprised of (at minimum) a member of the theatre board, a general member of the organization, and individuals of the director's choosing.

The audition will consist of several parts:

Please prepare 32 measures (verse & chorus) of a song from the 1940's, 50's or 60's. Everyone auditioning will be asked to sing in parts.
Cold readings from the script.
The choreographer will teach everyone an 8 or 16 count of very simple choreography.

Requests for an early audition for Forever Plaid must be made no later than February 08, 2026.
